At a glance
Led by spark. Shaped by depth of feeling turned up. One of fifteen example Archetypes; yours is named from your own scores.
At work
She is good in rooms and good under pressure, which is a useful pairing. High Extraversion means she speaks first and keeps the thing moving; high Neuroticism means she has already modelled what could go wrong and is quietly steering around it. She runs well where the work is live, with people and timing and a deadline that is real, and where feedback arrives clearly and quickly. What quietly costs her is ambiguity after exposure. She performs, the room disperses, and nothing comes back, and Neuroticism fills that vacuum with a transcript of everything she said. The honest limit is the recovery cost. The same evening that looked effortless to everyone else is followed by a private hour of replay, so she runs a longer day than her colleagues without any of them seeing it.
In relationships
She argues immediately, and then keeps arguing internally long after the other person has moved on. The conversation ends, and for her it does not. She recharges with people, which is confusing when she is also the one most wrung out by the evening. Decisions get made out loud, revisited at night and usually confirmed. Apologies come twice: a quick one in the room, and a longer, more anxious one later that nobody was waiting for. Her strength is presence, because she is entirely inside the evening while it is happening and people can feel that. What she under-asks for is the debrief. She would love to be told plainly that the night went fine and she was not too much, but asking feels like fishing, so she lies there and runs the tape instead.
When stuck
The loop is fill, then replay. The trigger is unstructured time or a quiet evening, which reads to her as a sign that something is wrong. So she fills it with plans and people and noise, and the payoff is real relief, right up to the moment the door closes. Then Neuroticism opens the transcript. Extraversion supplies the material and a feelingful nervous system audits it, and both traits are pulling honestly in their own direction. The cost is that she never gets the quiet she was avoiding and never gets the rest either. The smallest move against it is one deliberately empty evening a week, put in the calendar in advance so it is a choice rather than a gap. Boredom she chose is a very different animal from boredom that arrived.
