At a glance
Led by spark. Shaped by follow-through turned down. One of fifteen example Archetypes; yours is named from your own scores.
At work
She is the reason things begin. High Extraversion means she can have twelve people interested by Thursday; low Conscientiousness means she is not slowed down by how hard the middle will be. She runs well where starting is the bottleneck, in new rooms and new partnerships and stalled things that need heat, and where somebody else owns the follow-through and is happy about it. What quietly costs her is solo maintenance work with a distant deadline. Nothing is refused, everything is meant, and the week goes elsewhere. Her honest limit is that she over-promises in the moment, because in the moment she means all of it. Low Conscientiousness is not a character failing and high Extraversion is not insincerity, but together they make a person whose word is good about intentions and unreliable about dates.
In relationships
She argues hot and forgets fast, which is generous of her and hard on anyone who needs the repair conversation the next day. She recharges around people; a bad week sends her out, not in. Decisions are made quickly and revisited cheerfully. Apologies are immediate, affectionate and slightly unspecific, and they tend to be about the mood rather than about the missed thing. Her strength is that she is genuinely delighted by the people she loves and says so out loud, often, so nobody close to her has to guess where they stand. What she under-asks for is structure from the people closest to her. She would rather be seen as easy than ask someone to hold her to something, so the person who gently keeps the calendar honest is doing her a kindness she will never request.
When stuck
The loop is a new beginning. The trigger is the moment a project stops being social and turns into admin, or the moment the room's attention moves on. Extraversion finds a fresh room, low Conscientiousness makes the leaving frictionless, and the payoff is immediate warmth with no dull middle attached. That is a trait pair, not a failure of will; the same pair is why she can walk into a hard week and make it feel survivable for everybody else. The cost is a private tally of unfinished things that she reads as proof she is not serious. The smallest move against it is to finish one visible thing badly and on time, with a person watching. Not perfectly. Done, seen, and counted.
