At a glance
Led by spark. Shaped by heart turned up. One of fifteen example Archetypes; yours is named from your own scores.
At work
She is the social infrastructure. High Extraversion means she will start the conversation nobody wants to start; high Agreeableness means she starts it in a way that leaves people intact. She runs well where cooperation is the hard part, across teams that have to work over a line or a group that has stopped talking, and she can carry a difficult message further than someone with more authority and less warmth. What quietly costs her is being made the only channel. When every awkward thing goes through her because she makes it easier, she becomes the buffer for other people's avoidance, and none of it shows in her output. The honest limit is that she softens the message. Agreeableness rounds the edges and Extraversion keeps the mood up, so a room can leave happy without having heard the thing.
In relationships
She argues towards repair, which means she will sometimes concede a point she was right about to bring the temperature down, and then privately keep score without meaning to. She recharges with the people she loves in one room, ideally eating. Decisions are made by consensus, and she is the one canvassing everyone. Apologies are immediate, warm and physical, and she goes first even when she was not the one who started it. Her strength is that she makes belonging feel effortless: people who are shy or new or sad get pulled in without being singled out. What she under-asks for is the first move. She is so reliably the one who calls that the people around her stop noticing it is always her, and she will not mention it until it has been true for years.
When stuck
The loop is keep the room happy. The trigger is tension she can feel arriving: a flat silence, two friends drifting, a question left hanging at the table. Extraversion moves her towards it and Agreeableness tells her to smooth it, and the payoff is instant, because the mood lifts and she is the one who lifted it. It is a trait pair doing its job, not a habit of pleasing to be corrected out of her, and the same reflex is why she is loved. The cost is that her own position goes unsaid so often that she loses track of what it was. The smallest move against it is one unsmoothed sentence in a low-stakes room, and three seconds of silence after it. She is usually surprised by how little breaks.
