At a glance
Led by depth of feeling. Shaped by heart turned up. One of fifteen example Archetypes; yours is named from your own scores.
At work
She knows how a team is doing before anybody has said so. High Neuroticism keeps the receiver sensitive; high Agreeableness means what she picks up becomes care rather than gossip. She runs well in small groups where trust is the working material, and where someone with authority will act on what she notices. What quietly costs her is a room with unresolved conflict under a cheerful surface. The gap between what is said and what is felt is exactly the frequency she receives on, and it wears her down without ever becoming an incident she could point at. The honest limit is boundaries. Agreeableness will not let her ignore somebody's distress and Neuroticism will not let her put it down afterwards, so other people's days come home with her, invisibly.
In relationships
She argues rarely and carefully, and she feels the aftermath for far longer than the argument lasted; a sharp word gets replayed for days. She recharges in quiet with someone safe, and she needs the recovery time more than she lets on. Decisions are weighed for who they will hurt. Apologies come early, often and sincerely, sometimes for things that were never hers to own. Her strength is that she is genuinely moved by the people she loves: nothing about her attention is performed, and they can feel that. What she under-asks for is to be asked twice. The first time she will say she is fine, because she does not want to add to anyone's day. The second time, asked gently by someone who is in no rush at all, she tells the truth.
When stuck
The loop is carry it home. The trigger is somebody else's bad day, picked up in a glance. Agreeableness moves her to help, and Neuroticism will not let her put the feeling down once the helping is done, so it travels home with her and gets replayed as though it were hers to solve. The payoff is closeness, because while she is carrying it she is connected to the person, and that matters enormously to her. It is a trait pair, not an over-sensitivity to be trained out of her. The cost is a nervous system that never fully clears. The smallest move against it is one sentence said out loud at the door: whose day that was, and that it was not hers. Naming the owner is most of the work.
