At a glance
Led by depth of feeling. Shaped by follow-through turned up. One of fifteen example Archetypes; yours is named from your own scores.
At work
Put her where a mistake would be expensive. High Conscientiousness builds the checks; high Neuroticism is why she believes the checks are necessary. She runs well where accuracy is the point and the standard is written down, and she will catch the thing that would otherwise be found in six months by somebody furious. What quietly costs her is vagueness from above. Unclear ownership and a moving standard turn a manageable vigilance into a full-time watch, and she will extend her own remit rather than leave a gap unwatched. The honest limit is stopping. Conscientiousness says one more pass is cheap and Neuroticism says the pass she skipped is the one that fails, so the work is never obviously finished. She needs a stopping rule set by somebody else, and she needs it respected when she uses it.
In relationships
She argues precisely, with dates, and she is usually right about the facts, which is not the same as being right about the fight. She recharges in order: a cleared surface, a finished list, a shape for tomorrow. Disorder in a shared space costs her more than the other person can see. Decisions are made early and worried about afterwards. Apologies are exact and self-critical, and she will hold a small unkindness from last year that the other person has entirely forgotten. Her strength is that she keeps her word in every weather, so nobody around her has to wonder. What she under-asks for is permission to be imperfect. She would rather carry the whole standard alone than hear that nobody else expected it, so someone has to tell her, more than once.
When stuck
The loop is one more check. The trigger is a moment of real exposure, sending or publishing or handing over, when the work leaves her hands. Neuroticism raises the stakes and Conscientiousness offers the one tool that has ever lowered them, so she checks again. The payoff is immediate and real: the anxiety drops for exactly as long as the checking lasts. This is a trait pair doing its job, not perfectionism as a character flaw, and the same pair is why she rarely misses. The cost is that the last tenth of a thing takes longer than the first nine, and rest never quite arrives. The smallest move against it is a stopping rule set before she starts, two passes and then it goes, and one person who expects her to keep it.
