At work
She runs best where the work is real and credit is not the currency. High Conscientiousness gives her long, uninterrupted quality; low Extraversion means she does not need the room's attention to keep going. Give her ownership, a clear standard and quiet, and the thing exists, finished, on the day she said. What quietly costs her is visibility politics. Where the loudest account of the work wins, she keeps her head down, does more, and is passed over, and her own read of that is usually that she should have worked harder. The honest limit is that she under-communicates. Low Extraversion makes an update feel like an interruption, and high Conscientiousness makes her want to show only finished things, so people learn about problems late. She is not secretive. She is waiting until it is worth their time.
In relationships
She argues rarely and late. Things are absorbed, filed and weighed, and when she finally says something it has been true for a while, which can land on the other person as an ambush. She recharges alone, thoroughly, and it is not a verdict on the company. Decisions are made privately and announced once they are solid. Apologies are plain, specific and unrepeated; she would rather change the behaviour than discuss the feeling. Her strength is reliability of the unglamorous kind: she does what she said on the day she said it, for years, without being thanked. What she under-asks for is being asked. She will not raise a need while it is still small, so the people who love her have to go first and go often, and the ones who do get far more of her than they expected.
When stuck
The loop is build instead of say. The trigger is a situation that would need a conversation: an unfair split of the work, a friendship going cold, a change she wants. Instead she builds. Another system, another tidy corner, another finished thing. The payoff is genuine relief, because competence is the one lever she trusts, and low Extraversion makes the conversation cost more than the extra work does. The loop is a trait, not avoidance in the moral sense: it is the same Conscientiousness that makes her dependable, pointed at a problem no amount of building will touch. The smallest move against it is one sentence to one person, out loud, before the next thing gets built. Not a case, not a prepared position. One sentence about what she wants.
